ABOUT ME…
Based in southeastern Wisconsin, I am a collaborative Violinist, Violist, and Vocalist with over 20 years of experience as a performer in various styles- ranging from lyric opera, to bluegrass and jazz. I hold a B.M. in Vocal Performance from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.

As a musician, I find meaning and joy in life through collaborative creation. Whether that be on-stage, in the classroom, or in the corner of a cafe... The best music, is the music we make together...

Not all of my work is published yet! And I'm always working on new stuff! GOULD & JAEGER
Gould & Jaeger, the premiere Celtic duo of SE Wisconsin (and beyond.)... G&J has been making waves throughout the midwest, performing at some of the largest Irish festivals in the nation alongside names like Gaelic Storm, The High Kings, Scythian, Eileen Ivers, to name a few!
G&J is a powerhouse comprised of longtime one-man-band, and Belfast native, Ian Gould, and myself, Lukas Jaeger. Despite being just us two, we use multiple instruments at a time, and combine our technological know-how, to bring our audiences an experience like no other. The depth and variety of a full band, in a smaller neater package. We have played stages at Milwaukee Irish Fest, Cleveland Irish Fest, Michigan Irish Fest, Waterloo Irish Fest, Dubuque Hooley, and more.

CUSTOM INSTRUMENT COMMISSIONS
"Horn-Violins" and More!
Those seeking the construction of a custom Horn-Violin (or other non-traditional string instrument) must email me directly to discuss project details, cost, and desired timeline. This is a special service and depends heavily on my availability and the amount of time I can spend in my workshop. I only have the capacity to build 2 instruments at a time, and the timeline varies depending on availability and quality of certain materials (phonograph reproducers and trumpets for example). There may be an initial research phase as well for more eclectic and "out there" projects... Art and designs on the instruments are outsourced to several of my extremely talented collaborative artists and may cost extra.
